We had a great experience at Jason’s Granite Vista. He had everything we needed and more at the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. The entire place was spotless. Jason got back to me within minutes of reaching out. Highly recommend!

We had the best week at this gorgeous house. Our family of 13, ranging from 3 years old to great grandparents and two dogs all had plenty of space. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The guide book they provided was amazing and made everything very easy to navigate. Owners were super responsive and so friendly. The beach is small but perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking. The only downfall is there really isn’t parking at the beach so you have to drop off boats/kayaks and bring the trucks back to the house. Not a far walk but something to keep in mind. There are wheels available for a kayak but I wish I had brought a wagon with us. We also loved the dog friendly beach a little further down and the little free art gallery outside someone’s house was a huge hit for my kids! We visited blue winds farm for lavender picking and butternut squash farm for berries and peaches as well as several local breweries. Already planning the next trip!

Had a wonderful stay at Camelot Chalet! Great spot for getaway, close to a peaceful lake with a small beach, perfect for relaxing. Common areas were spacious and worked well for our large group.

We booked Jason’s place to begin an annual tradition with our closest friends & it was such a pleasant experience! There was 12 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us to live comfortably. The home was stocked with anything you could ever need for a week stay! We were actually pleasantly surprised with how much was provided. Fully stocked kitchen (including spices & condiments!), complimentary hygiene products in the showers, back up propane for the grill, extra blankets and towels, corn hole boards and so much more! One thing that REALLY impressed us was the amount of stuff to accommodate babies. We had our one year old with us for our first vaca away from home with him and was pleasantly surprised to see a pack and play, high chair, baby plates & cups, baby silverware, toys etc and it was so nice! I’ve never seen anything like that before. Jason was very kind, responsive & accommodating and I would rate this home 10/10. So beautiful and also loved the guide with local recs!

This is a spacious house in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Jason has the house well equipped and stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. This was a last minute reservation, and Jason was very accommodating, even allowing us to check in early if needed, since he was able to get the cleaning crew in and out ahead of schedule. On day two of our visit, the power went out, and we were thankful that the house has a whole home generator which kicked on within seconds. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Jason's apartment is absolutely wonderful. A very inviting and cozy space with plenty of room to relax. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and having a separation of space on the two floors was lovely. In unit laundry made the trip incredibly easy as well as everything we could possibly need to enjoy the beach and our stay - especially basics in the kitchen (great touch). Jason was easy to communicate with, very responsive and incredibly friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jason's. We were grateful for the 4 bedrooms and no bunk beds since we were 6 adults. We also appreciated the central air conditioning on two extremely hot days. The dining table seating 10 was one of my favorite features, as well as the well-equipped kitchen since we have extended family in the area who stopped by on several occasions. We also appreciated the 2 1/2 baths which seem to be a rarity in New England air bnbs. Finally, the lake is just a very short walk away and it was so nice to have access to two kayaks.

Jason's home was the perfect place for a quick 4th of July getaway. It was clean and well-stocked, everything was exactly as-advertised, Jason was extremely communicative and flexible, and the house itself is lovely both inside and out. Our group had an amazing time, even when we were just hanging out on the deck off the living room. Our dogs loved it, too!

We had a great stay at Jason’s place. It was very clean and was a great location to many activities in Ptown! Jason was also very responsive to any questions we had.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in June, and we were very happy with everything about Jason's fantastic property. It was spacious and comfortable and had all the conveniences you could possibly require. We loved the peacefulness of location which was also just a 10 minute walk to the "busy" part of Commercial Street. Jason was very proactive with his communication and his guidebook was very helpful.
